Post it Note Holder Acrylic Blank

This is a 5 x 7 inch Post it Note holder acrylic blank, it comes in two pieces. One piece has the cut out to fit the post it notes and a full back sheet with no hole.

The two pieces need to be stacked and glued together to make one piece.
