Do you ship?

We ship all across North America.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our orders are cut to order which is why everything is final sale, so place your orders carefully. Orders usually take 1-3 business days for processing and shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout. Check the website banner for the most up to date processing times.

 

Orders are completed in the order we receive them in. Big or small, if you're 10th in line, it's getting cut when it's your turn. If you'd like to jump the line then you can purchase DANG FAST to rush your processing time. Adding DANG FAST only rushes the processing time and DOES NOT change shipping times. Purchasing express shipping DOES NOT change processing time. 

 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We do NOT offer wholesale pricing. Our prices are competitive and listed on our website.

 

Do you offer curb-side pickup?

Yes we do, you can choose to pickup and when your order is ready you'll receive a ready to pick-up email. We're open Monday to Friday from 11am - 6pm and Saturday 11am - 5pm.

 

Is there in store shopping?

We have opened the DANG store front! You can finally shop in store and spend all your money at DANG. You will be able to just drop in and buy items but you won't be able to see each and every item we have because we have so many products. Tons of items and they come in so many sizes and colours. We do have a colour chart for you to see all our available colours, our tumblers, boxes, ribbons etc will be there to see but our acrylic blanks won't be on display for you to browse.

 

Do you offer acrylics in other colours?

Yes we do! We have a range of colours available and are able to cut most of our items in any of the colours we have. If you'd like an item in a specific colour just email hello@dangdesigns.ca to request it be added to the website.

 Why is the acrylic foggy? Why is the acrylic brown when I ordered clear or frosted? Why isn't the acrylic the colour I purchased?

All of our acrylics come with a protective film. Please remove the film prior to use.

 

Do you offer custom work?

Yes we do, please email hello@dangdesigns.ca for all custom order inquiries. We will need to know the size, colour and quantity you will be needing.

What fonts do you use?

The designs and fonts in our catalog are carefully curated and part of our brand identity which is why we don't share our assets.

 

Why is the colour different than what I saw on my screen? 

Colours vary on every screen. If you look at the same file on your phone versus your computer, you'll see there is a colour difference. Colour calibration, screen resolution & monitor settings play a role in the colours displayed. Actual colours and design may vary slightly. We do not accept responsibility for these variations that are not factory faults. By purchasing from us, you agree to accept the risk of these variations in colour and design. If there is a very specific colour you need, we will need the colour code for it.

Mock-ups are sent to you prior to being queued up for production, so take your time and decide carefully. Once the design has been approved and sent for production, there are absolutely NO changes.

 

What if I don't like the mock-up?

Each custom order includes the design and 3 revisions. Any additional revisions are invoiced at $50 per revision.

 

Do you have sales?

Yes we do have sales! They're random and sporadic so catch them when you can! Sales are not applicable on custom or previous orders.
