HOW IT WORKS:

1. Place your order online and once it has been paid, you'll receive an order number. We do not provide mock-ups before an order is made.

2. Your order enters the queue to have a mock-up made. This mock-up must be approved before getting queued up for production. If we do not receive approval, it'll stay in this step until it has been approved.

Each custom order includes the design and 3 revisions. Any additional revisions are invoiced at $50 per revision. At this step, you can still change your mind on colours/sizes/fonts etc. and will be notified of any additional costs.

Files need to be a minimum of 300 DPI. AI, SVG, EPS or PDF is preferred, but a PNG with a transparent background will work. PNG files are the lowest quality of this lot and will result in low print quality. We understand that sometimes this is the only available file type and will use this if provided, but if you have options, send us anything other than a PNG or JPEG

JPEG files CANNOT be used. These files are low resolution, will have a background, and it will print as such. It is NOT our responsibility to ensure we have the appropriate files.

3. When the mock-up is approved, no changes can be made and it will enter the queue for production. Production usually takes 2-5 business days but our turnaround times are updated on our website banner for your convenience.

4. When your order is ready, you will receive a ready for pickup or shipping notification email.
