HOW IT WORKS:

1. Place your order online and once it has been paid, you'll receive an order number.

2. Your order enters the queue to have a mock-up made. This mock-up must be approved before getting queued up for production. If we do not receive approval, it'll stay in this step until it has been approved.

Each custom order includes the design and 3 revisions. Any additional revisions are invoiced at $50 per revision. At this step, you can still change your mind on colours/sizes/fonts etc. and will be notified of any additional costs.

3. When the mock-up is approved, no changes can be made and it will enter the queue for production. Production usually takes 2-5 business days but our turnaround times are updated on our website banner for your convenience.

4. When your order is ready, you will receive a ready for pickup or shipping notification email.
