Thank you for choosing Dang Designs for your custom order! We want to ensure that you have all the information you need before making your purchase. Please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

All Custom Orders are FINAL SALE

Once you place a custom order with us, it is considered a final sale. We do not offer any changes, refunds, or exchanges for custom work. We understand that each custom item is unique and personalized to your specifications, which is why we ask that you carefully consider your order before making a purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions, acknowledge and understand that your order is a final sale. Please be absolutely sure about your order before making a purchase.

Three Revisions Included

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional quality, we offer three revisions for each custom order. After you place your order, our team will create a mock-up based on your specifications and send it to you for approval. We want to ensure that the design meets your expectations before we proceed with production. 

Each custom order includes 3 revisions. Any additional revisions are an additional $50 per revision.

Mock-Up Approval is Crucial

Before we queue your order for production, we require your mock-up approval. This step is essential to minimize the risk of errors or mistakes. Once you have approved the mock-up, we will proceed with producing your custom item. Please note that Dang Designs is not responsible for any errors discovered after mock-up approval.

Absolutely NO changes can be made once your mock-up has been approved. Please ensure accuracy including but not limited to layout, fonts, spelling, links, logo, website, QR codes etc. We will not remake, refund or discount your order, no exceptions.

We DO NOT provide mock-ups on pre-designed cake toppers, place card cutouts or our print only services (you design and just send to us the file for print).

Colour Accuracy

Colours vary from screen to screen, what you see on your phone may not the same as what you see on your computer. Colour calibration, screen resolution & monitor settings play a role in the colours displayed. Actual colours and design may vary slightly. We do not accept responsibility for these variations that are not factory faults. If there is a specific colour you need, you will need to provide the colour code for it. Our colour chart is located here, but you can also visit us in store to see the actual colours as colours on screens can vary drastically.

File Alterations

We DO NOT alter any files SENT to us, if it needs to be in a different colour or certain style, it needs to be sent to us that way. If you provide a low-quality file, you will receive a low-quality print (or cut). It is not our responsibility to create a high-resolution file. We will not be responsible for low quality prints or cuts due to the file type received. Ideally you will send us a vector file or a high-resolution file. An SVG, AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF is preferred. If it is a PNG then please make sure that it has a transparent background, otherwise it will have a white rectangle around the image.

We do offer logo recreation which starts at $100. We will require the fonts used and you will receive the vector files we create. 

Turnaround & Shipping

Turnaround time for custom work is generally 3-7 business days, now this can vary based on the time it takes for mock-up approval. This is just processing time. Shipping times vary based on the method you choose at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we have no control over the transit time, and you must contact the shipping company for more information on your shipment. If you require the items by a certain date, please contact us to verify that we can complete your order in time.
